Late in 2005 JD Productions closed shop. www.jd-p.net is no more. They left behind a number of completed works and some unfinished items that were never shown to the public. Rabid Squirrel Productions has acquired rights to produce all the items previously produced by JD Productions as well as their unfinished projects.
Just in are the first pictures are of their previously released (but modified by Rabid Squirrel Productions) Quintessons and Unreleased War Within Optimus Prime. Rabid Squirrel Productions (RSP) will be releasing this year several new pieces, and will continue to sell, but not produce their CyberFembot A.R.C. piece. There are less than 100 pieces remaining in the A.R.C. line and when these are gone, no further handmade pieces will be produced. Ever.
Both the The Ancients and the Master Mover are re-named to avoid legal trouble and neither were copied from existing 3D works. Jarrod who has created a WWPrime that Rabid Squirrel Productions discussed with him some time ago. He said that "it was not designed or built for duplication, and no molds would or could be made from it". Based on that RSP congratulated him on his fine work, found reference drawings and art on our own, and built their own War Within Optimus Prime.
