User KingStyle has posted some photos and quick thoughts on RID 2015 Drift, giving us our first good look at this just-released figure. Drift is based on a rejected color layout for Age of Extinction Drift, giving it its very orange look. There's a range of photos including shots giving good size comparison to several other toys, as well as good demonstrations of its poseability. His head is on a swivel, his arms are on a ball at the shoulder and hinge on the outer shoulder. Hands move in and out, swivel at the arm, hinge elbow. Swivel on the torso, ball on hips, swivel at the knees with rotation on the thigh, and a hinge on the foot due to transformation. Otherwise he is a very poseable figure!
Transformation is simple yet satisfying. The front chest plate flips up to create the hood panel that connects the front and top sections. I thought that was pretty neat, and the torso rotation allows for more articulation as well.
