Entertainment website Skewed and Reviewed recently had the chance to talk to Mark Ryan, who is the voice of Bumblebee in the "Transformers" movie. In the interview, Mr. Ryan says that he recorded some new material that will be part of a Prequel that will help set up the second film of the franchise. Mr. Ryan revealed that this Prequel will be included in the DVD release of the film.

Sometimes I wonder why I even come to TFORMERS.com for news. The fans can be such jerks for no reason at all.
Sure the guy had two lines in the film but he also dropped us a little teaser by mentioning there is some kind of prequel footage on the DVD. I for one am excited about that.
And as far as versitile, the article states that he's been on stage for a while (I think it says ten years) doing musicals, acting, comedy, and he's a swordsman. Now he's a VA for a movie and video game. Sounds versitile enough for me

That just gives me another reason to look forward to the DVD release. Maybe he'll have a few more lines in the "teaser" and some of "us" will be a little more impressed...

Apparently he was the on-set voice for the Autobots. Getting the role of Bumblebee was probably a nice bonus. Looking forward to the DVD.

Funny how people would rather b*tch about his lack of vocal lines, than be excited about getting to see this new prequel footage?!? I think it's awesome news! I wonder if it will tie into the comic prequel some?

Has anyone noticed that this guy looks just like BB? Hell he was born to play him. But is it really necessary to start pushing the next movie that soon with a bunch of crap that will be contradicted just like they did between the prequel book and the movie?
