I managed to get ahold of the adaption trade paperback for the summer's biggest blockbuster "Transformers" today. And as such, am now providing a review. Click through see the whole review.Story:
The story is the more or less same as the February '06 script and a little less fleshed out as the Novel which was released May 29th, just with corrected names. It move pretty fast, cut out most of the humor that we've seen, but with only 100+ pages and a lot to tell it can be forgiven. I wont say much else due to most people still want to be surprised when they see the film.

Art:
I've been a fan of Alex Milne's art for some time so I'm going to try and sugar coat it. You can tell when some points were rushed. But it gets the point across.

Extras:
The extras are really just the individual covers. Not much else.

Overall:
I purchased mine at Walden books, for $19 with tax. It's a hair cheaper than buying the individual issues, but they are supposed to have more extra bits. Still, for those that are amassing them selves with all the movie paraphernalia this is a good buy no matter what.

I give it a 3 1/2 out of 5
