The cover to the "Transformers" score has been revealed on the product's Amazon.com product page. The score also gets the official name (albeit nothing fancy) of "Transformers: The Score." Not sure how "official" this is, but click this link and go about halfway down. These are pics of the Australian releases, so I assume we'll get something similar in the States.

I wonder if those really are the real covers?
Different coutry I know, but the cartoon style drawing of movie style prime is a very odd choice, and then the other two images are straight off the movie posters. Usually there are at least minor text and layout changes if nothing else.
Time will tell.
