I will admit right off the bat, I am largely a fan of the series so far. Some solid action, love the Megs/Screamer relationship, really love Decepticons demonstrating their ruthlessness, and I've personally always wanted to see Jazz in a leadership role.

That said, the continuity errors are glaring. It's not like some of the discrepancies couldn't be easily tied up - have the Seekers mention something about their F-15 forms, have humans react with fear when the Constructicons show up in the first issue..etc. I know McCarthy says some of it'll be cleared up, e.g. Cybertron (which I believe he'll deliver on), but it's a bit of a cop-out IMO when he just passes off new vehicle modes by saying he thinks they can just change them at will. He may have a point, but - in the case of the Seekers - why downgrade? And how about Kup's miraculous recovery?

I haven't given up hope that some of it will be cleared up as it goes on, especially along with Maximum Dinobots since it's Furman's work, but yeah - 6 issues in and we're sitting with next to nothing having been clarified other than Prime being near death, an Autobot traitor in the midst, and Earth being taken over by the 'Cons.

You forgot to mention that Megs has the Matrix.

:argh So I did. Thought I put it in there. Fix'd.

I'm pretty lenient with this series, but even I want something to actually happen at this point.

He didn't really answer anything and just seemed to avoid the question and ramble.
