Transformers Device Label Tigatron and Jaguar Exposed

By Primus on Thursday, October 22, 2009

Thanks to アルフェス2010 who has posted a blog and pictorial review exposing the Takara Tomy Device Label USB Tigatron & Jaguar devices. The figures are shown in and out of packaging as well as their transformation from 2 GB USB thumb drive to the robot white tiger or jaguar figure.

This is must have for fans of the Beast Wars character Tigatron as this figure is really one of the better versions we've seen of the toy on the mass market. The original deluxe toy is far cry from the BotCon exclusive figure that will cost you an arm or leg these days.

This toy kicks ass in the awesome possibility and very cat like alternate mode. The Jaguar version is basically a black repaint of the Tigatron. Some of you may recall the black cat that was sold exclusively in Japan as Shadow Panther. These figures will be released in Japan on October 24, 2009 for 3,999 JPY (~ $44 USD) each.

had ravage pre-ordered since spring. should have been out already but they pushed the release to like november or something. thing that sucks is that superion limbs are in that order, and now i have to wait for ravage to play with supes!

I'd buy that, too. Heck. Hope Takara releases it. You can never have too many USB drives.

Where's the pics of Blaster.....that's the one I want to see. It would be really cool if the screen actually lite up the faction icon in red when it was plugged in.

argh I still don't know which to get, it would be so much easier if there was a secret chase howlback in cobalt blue like in the original release pics wouldn't it

I have a feeling they will... But if they do I hope they give him a Soundwave head and not just a straight repaint...
