Leader Class ROTF Starscream Alternate Jet Mode

By Primus on Monday, November 02, 2009

Thanks to iamguest over at ACToys, we've got some of our first good looks at the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Leader Class Starscream action figure in his alternate jet mode. The figure shown side by side with Leader Class Cybertron Optimus Prime gives is some idea that his figure is indeed LARGE.

Additionally, the figure is pictured from the bottom showing off how much kibble is visible from the underside of the jet. It looks to be much better than the Voyager version sans the chicken feet. What's interesting to know is how the legs fold back length wise and the robot hands bond together to fold up nicely under the alt mode.

the undercarriage sides ARE smooth, there's nothing sticking out, everything is flat on the side. it's only about a third thicker than an F22. am i the only one who would rather have an undercarriage that is a little bit lower rather than a compromised robot mode? i certainly haven't... read more

Must honestly admit that I, like some other here, feel somewhat disappointed by the altmode. The robot mode is simply awesome and the figure could very well be worth getting just for that. However, it's my opinion that the jetmode could've been better. He looks very accurate to an actual ... read more

anyways.. let's just end this debate. you don't like it. i love it. it has the potential to be my favorite figure out of both movies. it has everything i've wanted to see out of a starscream nice wings on his shoulders. an accurate head. an accurate F22 mode. the legs look very c... read more

trust me.. i directly compared both figures with an actual F22. and those are the differences. those are what's wrong with the voyager compared to what is right with the leader. and plus.. it's WAY not fair to compare starscream with prime. they've had two movies to perfect a leader ... read more

how would you know that the TF1 voyager is more fun than the leader? and please, other than the undercarriage how is the RoTF voyager more accurate than the leader? you said that you don't like the undercarriage of the leader.. but look how ridiculous the TF1 voyagers undercarriage is..

(link) sorry, but who doesn't have any figures flying? -FYI, theres alot more then this airborn in my collection. Also, the TF1 seeker is more fun, with just as many, if not differently located seems and gaps as this Leader figure. So much for your stance on Alt acuracy, which the TF2 voy... read more
