The story looks like it has possibilities. The art is good - very good visual storytelling. But the character designs, dear Primus they're hideous! I hope they at least ditch the face designs for more traditional ones or I be buying this!

I gotta agree with alot of the comments. Don't really like the art style either. Don was one of my favorite artists. His work on beastwars and dreamwaves Gen1 was spectacular. I don't know if this was something IDW asked for but its really bad to look at. It makes me feel as if Im seeing Mov... read more

Story-wise it looks good so far. The human resistance is an interesting angle to the story. I don't blame them for being afraid of the robots simply because of their nature, not taking into consideration the experience suffered in AHM. Design-wise I should not be commenting. I'm more of a K... read more

One of these days they will make comics for normal people. The GeeWun wetdream redux is so old. I used to like Don's art work but something happened. Everyone looks like they are constipated. Maybe he was trying to make them look angry or fearsome? Whatever, its distracting. I like my bots looki... read more

It almost seems as though the entire concept was "make everything as ugly as possible". I don't even want to know why Autobots were attacking humans, it simply doesn't matter. Yet another comic book that's not worth picking up, kinda sad really. It will probably devolve into... read more

I'm so not in love with the new designs of the ugly faces. it is not pleasing to the eye. One of the reasons why I couldn't get into the movie Transformers.

Once again, Twitter user @miiakira2017 has posted an image of their Transformers-related design work. Today, it's a classic car- the specific make, if any, eludes RAC - that would have turned into a laser pistol-wielding cowboy. Though there's a slight resemblance to 2010's Hunt for the Decepticons Scout-class Hubcap, the replies peg this as a Diaclone-era design, so well before that figure was designed and likely a coincidence. Keep reading to see!
