Legend of Nara Insecticons KOs Found at WalMart

I saw these transforming bug toys the other day at Walmart and immediately thought "insecticons". Apparently I'm not the only TFan who made the connection as an image search revealed these pics posted on Allspark.com. Has anyone else seen these? What do you think? And should Hasbro sue? (that last one is just for fun) They have a third figure (cockroach) but it hardly seemed worth posting. It's transformation is about as impressive as Bayverse Scorponok (Look! He stood up!)
