Robots in Disguise Twinferno First Look At Prototype And Color Sample
ExVee - Thursday, February 16, 2017

The Transformers Instagram page seems like it might have a bit of a scheduling issue happening, as it looks like another reveal went up earlier today and then was soon deleted. Leopard5 captured two images from the account showing RID Combiner Force Twinferno, from posts that have since vanished. The robot mode is shown in grey prototype style, while the alternate mode displayed was in full color. Notably, this is our first look at an actual piece of any kind for this upcoming toy, as its earlier reveal was in the now-typical form of design renders. We've mirrored these screencaps, check them out below! (and expect to see more this weekend in our Toy Fair coverage!)

Stay tuned to Tformers.com for more details as they are made available. Your best resource for all the Transformers news and community every day.

Hasbro has officially released their 2017 Product Information for Robots In Disguise! Featuring Crash Combiners, Team Combiners, and more, this press release covers the products expected for the spring and fall for RID. Amazon has an order page up for a new Robots in Disguise home video release. This new "collection" represents season 2 ...albeit just a small portion. Releasing on May 30th for about $15, the DVD contains the opening and closing two-parters for RID's second season. And nothing else. Overloaded, and Decepticon Island comprise four of the thirteen episodes of season 2, aligning with the stated 88 minute runtime for the disc. A cover image is included, which you can find mirrored in the full article. Keep reading for that and the product link.
TFW2005 user Fasttrack has posted a new round of characters as revealed by the Robots In Disguise smartphone app! We've got names now for the two mystery combiners used in recent promotional artwork: Ultrabee and Menasor! New characters were also revealed, including a third four-part Crash Combiner.
