Steelbane, Sqweeks, Drift, & Slug - In-Hand Gallery Of Transformers: The Last Knight Premier Wave 2 Deluxes
RAC - Friday, May 19, 2017

Chinese language news site Toy-People has posted an extensive gallery of Transformers The Last Knight Deluxe Wave 2! The standouts are, unsurprisingly, the two new molds, Steelbane and Sqweeks. In particular, this is the best look we've had at Steelbane so far, and he's quite nice-looking in both modes! But Drift and Slug are both looking pretty good as well - red is a great color for Drift in particular. Keep reading to see the gallery, mirrored here for your convenience!
Dinobot Slug is a redeco of the Age of Extinction Deluxe, trading in the purples for a silver and gold deco that reminds us of nothing so much as the Strike Freedom Gundam. Strike Freedom's gold joints rarely worked well in toy form, but Slug is looking decent.

Autobot Drift is now a Mercedes - quite a downgrade from the Bugatti from TF4. But again, red and black works great for him. Especially the red in robot mode. The robot mode remains the same from AoE, but of course the vehicle mode is entirely new.

Autobot Sqweeks is an adorable little scooter that's probably roughly in scale with 6" Marvel Legends (the figures shown are 3.75"). He comes with a trailer that essentially unfolds into a repair bay full of weapons - a gimmick we love to see but don't get to see half enough.

Steelbane is the only figure who doesn't have to have his affiliation before his name for trademark purposes. That said, his package IDs him as an Autobot, giving us a Decepticonless wave. He looks pretty sharp in both knight and dragon modes.

From basic art to establish the desired appearance of a toy, through CAD models and all the way to the familiar grey prototype stage, we've got looks at Dragonstorm, Nitro, the brand new Bumblebee coming in wave 3, and more! We've mirrored the images, click through and take a look.
Autobase Aichi has posted a list of TakaraTomy's upcoming Transformers: The Last Knight releases! In addition to Crosshairs, Bumblebee, Strafe, and Scorn, there's a few mystery figures on the list. Who are they? Keep reading for Autobase Aichi's best guesses!
Our reporters on the ground in San Diego have sent back a ton of photos of everything out on display for preview night at SDCC. Among the showings at the Hasbro booth are of course The Last Knight products. But it's not just a simple display lineup, as they've actually got a fairly neat looking diorama constructed to really show some of these figures off! We've got plenty more to come still, so stay tuned for continuing updates, and don't forget to check the gallery below!
The Chinese-language toy news site Toy People have posted an extensive gallery of the two SDCC exclusive Optimus Primes! Transformers: The Last Knight Voyager Optimus Prime sports a little bit more paint than its mass-market equivalent and apparently vac-metal accessories. We also see a few more uses for Primitive Prime's ramp, including base functionality and a trailer-mounted halfpipe! Keep reading to see the images which we've mirrored here!
Thanks to Autobase Aichi we've found out about a couple new international ads for Transformers: The Last Knight toys! For Latin America, we've got Transformers: El Ăšltimo Caballero Titan Changers, and the Transformers Hong Kong Facebook page has a look at Mega Turbo Changers Dragonstorm and its ability to breathe blacklight on other Turbo Changers to determine their affiliation.
