In the latest couch gag on The Simpsons (April 17, 2005 "Future-Drama"), Transformers gets referenced. Homer is Optimus Prime, Marge is Jetfire(Skyfire), Maggie is a blue Bumblebee, Lisa is an orange Hound, and Bart is just a green car (doesn't resemble any TF I know).

I don't care what anybody else says, the Simpsons have still got it. Not just because of this, either... they still have their edge despite having been overshadowed by a series of copycat programs.

Try looking for ROBOT CHICKEN, EPISODE 1.
There's a MUCH BETTER TF joke in there; in fact, Optimus Prime does a whole infomercial on Prostate Cancer.

NOOOOOO!!! I tape the show for my brother and last night I missed it!!! AAAAAAAAAARGHH!! Slagging black-outs messing with my VCR! I hope it is repeated in future episodes (or the epsiode being re-ran) just like the Anime tribute opening). By the way, did they used a similar music too???
