Personally, I kinda like this repaint. I may buy one, I just need to see final product photos first.
Because, get this, you can remove the toy from the package, and discard the girl figure if you don't like it.

Someone actually pointed out that children do not have breasts, and I'd be inclined to be believe that person. However, I think the PVC figs should be a little older, like some of those $50+ anime figures they have on BBTS. Now, Optimus deserves the company of a few of those.

Meh. Liked Mirage in this form. It resembles him. Coloring him red, a Hot Rod it does not make. At least a new head mold would be a nice attempt. But I should know better by now....

It's hard to tell from the illustration, but it looks like a different head to me. It's too early to say either way till we see a photo of the toy.
