News Hasbro Inc. has released a statement regarding the recent Fun Publications security breach to tell the GI Joe and Transformers Collectors Club members that the company takes the consumer concerns very seriously. They reassure members that the company is in direct and extensive talks with Fun Publications, who is working to upgrade their systems to prevent any further security breach. Read more. Fun Publications has sent out another update today to their members advising them to change all passwords on any of their email, bank accounts, and credit card websites. While you are at it, just to be safe, please cancel any credit cards that may be associated with the Transformers Collectors Club. Fun Publications has sent out a message to all Transformers Club members this weekend notifying the members that there was indeed a security breach related to their e-commerce database. In a written statement sent to members, Brian Savage says that "Fun Publications has determined that there is a security issue with our e-commerce systems."
