Botcon 2015 - Registration Closing Soon, Plus New Frank Welker VIP Options

A new e-mail update went out today, giving everyone the heads up on the latest developments of convention registration. Of particular note, we now know that registration will be halted at 5pm Central Time on Friday, June 5th. But, for these last two days, extra non-attending sets have been opened up, and they've made some changes to the Frank Welker VIP package. Keep reading to find out more!

In these last two days of registration (it feels like it only even opened last week. Weird, huh?) Frank Welker VIP Experience packages may now be added to Protoform (non-toy) packages, as well as Mini-Con add-on attending registrations, rather than being exclusive to Primus and Golden Ticket packages. It's great that more people will be given an opportunity to interact with Frank Welker, though one might imagine some people who bought Primus packages specifically to obtain the VIP pass may not look as fondly on this revision now. The e-mail message advises that any changes to existing registrations, such as adding a Frank Welker pass will need to be made by calling in to the offices before the registration cutoff this Friday.

Hello Everyone!

We have shuffled around the inventory for attending and non-attending packages. There is now more stock for non-attending (Iacon) packages and additional loose sets.

We also have a few Frank Welker VIP passes available for Friday and we are opening these passes to Mini-Con and Protoform packages as well. If you want to add this to your registration, you will need to call the office at 817-448-9863 between now and noon Friday. These are on a first come, first served basis.

If you have not registered, these are still available through the online system for Golden Ticket and Primus packages. Primus and Golden Ticket packages can also have the Frank Welker VIP pass added to your existing registration by calling.

If you still need to do your initial registration, please use the link at BotCon.com and do it from a computer not running IE. We have seen issues with mobile registrations and IE browsers. If you need to add something to your registration, you will need to contact the office.

Registration closes on Friday at 5 pm Central Time.

See you in St. Charles!
