The 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards nominations were announced today, and it was a very good afternoon for Hasbro Studios programming. A sort of Cable TV network for kids, the service to more than 500 million children under 13 each month, will carry the Transformers Robot in Disguise cartoon along with other interactive options such as games, downloadable content, and more. Starring the loveable Bumblebee, summoned by Optimus Prime to lead a fight to save Earth from a new faction of escaped Decepticon prisoners by assembling a rogue team of unlikely Autobot heroes, season 2 of the Hasbro animated series will see the return of a more confident, battle-tested Bumblebee as the key leader alongside comrades Grimlock, Sideswipe, Strongarm, Fixit, Wingblade and Drift.
The International Animated Film Society (ASIFA) has announced the nominations for their 43 annual Annie Awards, and Rescue Bots is on the list! As was previously discussed, the second season of Robots In Disguise was revealed to be shorter than the first, prompting fans to consider the possibility that this would be its last season. Now the webpage for the Asia TV Forum & Market strengthens that rumor by showing that the last three episodes of season 2 are also available as a single 65-minute movie, much in the vein of Transformers Prime closer Predacons Rising. The official Takara Transformers web site has been updated with news of the Transformers Adventure Second Season that will be coming to Japan on September 30, 2015. The show is listed to begin show on Animax Sunday morning September 20 at 9:00 am. It will also be shown on Tokyo MX starting Monday October 5, 2015 at 6:30 pm.

The series is said to be aimed at teens and adults, and will be based on the Combiner Wars story as seen in the toys and IDW comic books.
