Today's schedule maintenance is to get the game ready for Day of the Dinobots: Part I. Thanks to the official Transformers page who has posted an update about the Transformers: Legends game that is is coming soon! They have posted an image of a certain bug looking robot with the caption: "Can you guess who this character is? One hint: it's a Decepticon!" Fans in the know easily identify this guy as Transformers Decepticon Chop Chop, one of the other Insecticons. Get a look at the image below for the full reveal.

New details are surfacing on the Transformes Legends mobile game from ngmoco. The Kotaku have posted some new images showing G1 characters we have not seen yet including: Elite Grimlock, Blaster, Hardshell, Smokescreen, and more. On top of that, thanks to TFW forums member thygriever has posted some details on the game that were presented at PAX Prime this weekend. Mobile game developer ngmoco have announced they are developing a new mobile card game based for Transformers brand property. According to the release, they will incoporating much of the technology from their gameplay mechanics used in their Rage of Bahamut game for iOS and Android devices. The game will allow fans to play as Autobot and Decepticons in a new Transformers storyline that will feature special episodes and promotions. Read the full description from IGN after the jump.




DeNA Co., Ltd. and Hasbro have entered into an exclusive three-year agreement to develop and publish mobile games based on the Transformers franchise, the companies jointly announced today. The first Transformers game from DeNA will be released on the Mobage social gaming platform for iOS and Android mobile devices worldwide, with the exception of Japan, later this year. DeNA "offers more than 1,800 engaging mobile games on its Mobage platform, including ones developed in-house and by third-party developers," according to the company's website. The Transformers Bot Shots Online Battle Game has now fully launched the game, including player-versus-player battling! When the game initially launched back in March, players were able to face the computer and go on Adventures, but now players can play real people on the other side of the interwebs! To get Energon Cubes to upgrade with Power Ups, Avatar Extras, and Bot Shots in the online game, gamers can input a unique code that is available on a slip of paper inside each Bot Shot package.
