TFCon Chicago is almost here, and quite a few companies are showing up to have fun! Among the unexpected publishers... are ThreeA, makers of the upcoming Premium Scale G1 Optimus Prime figure. They'll be bringing along a striking print by artist Ashley Wood that is based on the figure. This print will be limited to 45 pieces and they don't mention the price in the press release, so I wouldn't expect it to be cheap. Keep reading to see the image!
Its hard to believe they are not in there already, but what's long overdue has finally happened. The National Toy Hall of Fame have chosen Transformers as one of the finalists for 2016.
Competing with quite a few other well known toys, strangely enough even Bubble-Wrap leads the list among other toys such as Rock Em Sock Em Robots, Uno card game, Fisher Price Little People, Nerf, Clue board game, Pinball, Swing, Care Bears, Coloring Book, Dungeons & Dragons.
Can Transformers beat the wrap for the win?
TFExpo has let us know that their successful charity auction will be returning for TFExpo 2016, happening this weekend in Wichita, Kansas! Celebrity guest Michael Bell will be on hand to emcee the auction, whose proceeds will benefit K-9 Karma Animal Advocates Inc., a pet rescue operation in Wichita. The auction will then be followed by a theatrical showing of The Transformers: The Movie!

TFW2005 reports that IDW has teamed up with San Diego's Reuben H. Fleet Science Center to hold a series of events titled "Crossover: Where Comics & Science Meet." While all the talks are set to feature comic properties currently published by IDW - Orphan Black, Star Trek, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Godzilla - the first talk on April 22 should be of particular interest to Transformers fans as it centers on robotics in comics! We just got the official word that the Transformers Hall of Fame voting will go live today at 2:30pm Eastern Time! Fans will be able to vote for their favorite choices on the Transformers Facebook page today.
Transformers fans have a chance to vote on their choices for the newest inductees to the Hall of Fame including: Favorite Transformers Character, Favorite Real World Musical Act, and Favorite Underrated Transformers Character.

With "many robots set to be revealed" promised, the silhouettes show what appears to be the previously-leaked Titan Wars Leader Class Blaster - but who are those other two figures with him?
