So, a new line begins. Well, that's a bit far fetched isn't it. It's Binaltech with a tiny little figurine and new, robot mode packaging. But this is Alert, or Red Alert as us westerners know him. Firstly the packaging is absolutely stunning. Some have suggested it looks a little cheap, but I can assure you that up close, it's beautiful... Read more.

Reviewer Cameron Sutton takes a look at the newest mold to hit the Binaltech (and come this fall the Alternators line) in Binaltech BT-15 Prowl (Police Version). Check out the full review here

When I heard that the BT-12 was called Overdrive, my interest was sparked. "Oh, yeah!" I thought. I used to have G1 Overdrive, and I certainly could see the resemblance totally. Maybe this wasn't such a bad homage after all. Plus, I had to send away for GI mean check out Overdrive, and patiently wait for weeks, not unlike the way I had to order BT Overdrive, although the wait wasn't as long. Read the review here.

HalcyonDF has cut loose on Binaltech BT-11 Ravage! The 11th in line for the Binaltech series is none other than Ravage, an all-time fan-favourite character. From a cassette to a jaguar; Ravage now transforms from a black open-top convertible Chevrolet Corvette Z06 to a humanoid Robot. See the Review and pics page 1 + page 2.

I haven't bought any BT's up till now, just all the Alts so far. I'm perfectly happy with plastic, and they're easy to pose with no chipping issues. However, I really liked the yellow Tracks, and was a bit dissapointed that they went back to blue, even though that's Track's original colour. So I got my first BT. I loved Tracks as a kid, so I felt he was worthy. See the complete review and pics here.

Thanks to Curt for the heads up. Just updated to TFsource is another great article by Maz: BT-05 BINALTECH DEADEND! Maz breaks down the details in a comprehensive review of the Dodge Viper Binaltech Deadend. Everything from his Silver Racing stripes, to the uncanny resemblance to Sunstreaker's head. Read the complete review of BT-05 Binaltech Dead End!.

I was going to do my Super Beaker figure I got from Palisades next but then, like the monkey I am, I got distracted by something shiny and it completely diverted my attention. None the less I bet people will not have a quarrel with me doing a review on the newest BT release from Takara, Tracks. Read the reaview at

Tonight, Richard looks at toys from two, very different, toy lines. The first review comes from Armada with Airazor and Nightscream. The second review highlights Hound from the incredible Binaltech series. Read on to find out if Richard feels these are worth your hard-earned money.
