Yet another Hasbro Fan media event is behind us at Toy Fair. From this we have lots of photos of current and upcoming toys to obsess over, as we do every year. But that's simply the obvious, most easily visible takeaway from the presentation. But we learn more than that, so it's time to look back over the day and sort out the larger scope of information we've been given from what is arguably our biggest single day of reveals for the whole year. Keep reading!

Tomorrow is the day! New York Toy Fair 2018 is finally here, and we go into it with a great deal of uncertainty. What happens with the Transformers movie franchise in stasis lock? Are Cyberverse and Evergreen really going to run two parallel toylines with clashing and overlapping pricepoints using basically the same character models? But what we are certain about is that there are things that we could be shown tomorrow that RAC would love to see... and won't. Keep reading to find out what they are!

Last Friday, RAC covered the Five products or assortments we expect to see at New York Toy Fair 2018. This week, he continues on with the less-likely things: things we're pretty sure exist and will be released eventually, but may be far enough in the future to be more likely at SDCC or NYCC. What all does that include? Keep reading to find out!

With the reveal of TakaraTomy's version of Power of The Primes came both disappointment, and word of a new drive to bring the Transformers brand closer together across the global market. Power of The Primes was the first case where this was made a specific talking point, but the recent The Last Knight line showed much the same philosophy, featuring toys unchanged from the Hasbro releases. For better or worse, this trend looks like it's here to stay, and a good sign of that is Japan's Winter Wonderfest. Keep reading to find out more!

2017 is over - perhaps mercifully, depending on how your 2017 went. But whatever your year was like, one constant remains: there were some good Transformers figures this year! RAC has compiled a list of his five favorites - and two honorary mentions. Keep reading to see his favorites as he switches from third- to first-person writing!

It was a fine, if occasionally frustrating tradition, started with Metroplex in 2013. A Titan Class Transformer hits the shelves at general retail, and a slightly modified version would also be seen at the Hasbro Toy Shop booth for sale during San Diego Comic Con. For the three Titans released between 2013 through 2016, it was a sure thing. But, here we are now, two weeks away from the beginning of SDCC 2017, and we've yet to hear the slightest hint of a special convention edition Trypticon to come our way. Has the streak been broken? Is this a sign of a bigger change? Keep reading for rampant speculation!

So we've looked at the three basic forms that toy articulation takes: hinges, swivels, and ball joints. But there's one last feature that pops up frequently on Transformers: ratchets. That pleasant clicking sound. The satisfying resistance when you tug on a hip or an elbow. The ability to hold the weight of a weapon or for larger toys to hold poses. How is that accomplished? And what are the pros and cons for the ratchets on our `Bots and `Cons? Keep reading to find out!

Today RAC rounds out the basic forms of toy articulation with a look at ball joints! (Pun entirely intended, and offered with no apologies.) Ball joints were, in the 1990s, the salvation of the Transformers brand to a certain degree, as they allowed more complex and articulated Transformers figures to be made while passing US toy safety tests. But beyond that, they're just a really great and versatile part of modern toy design. Keep reading to find out why!

We continue our look at the basic workings of action figures today with swivels! A basic bore at the neck, shoulder, and hip but a welcome helper at the bicep, waist, and thigh, swivels are everywhere on a Transformer. How do they work and what can go wrong? Keep reading to find out!

Today RAC takes a look at the first of the three primary forms that toy articulation can take: the hinge. Probably the most-used joint on Transformers figures due to their utility in transformation mechanisms, hinges still do a lot of heavy lifting for the humanoid form as well - especially if you do it properly and lift from the knees. Keep reading for more!

Despite that the formal presentation and of course showroom time with Hasbro doesn't begin until early afternoon on Saturday, we already have managed to see no small amount of new reveals from Toy Fair! Of course we'll be seeing everything much more clearly tomorrow, from many angles and, heck, maybe even some video clips if we're lucky! We do hope that the day might carry yet more things not so far shown off in some capacity, but what exactly have we seen at this point? We're gonna recap it for you, so keep reading!

The voting has ended, and we have your results. Hasbro asked us to help nominate Transformers characters and real world music groups and performers to be inducted to the Hall of Fame this year, and thanks to all of you we have our list to send on. Some of the results were pretty surprising! Nine names are on their way to Hasbro who'll pick the finalists to be included in their polls happening soon for the final selection, and you can keep reading right now to find out who the TFormers winners were!

Shockingly enough, all three of the Transformers exclusives on Hasbro Toy Shop which debuted at San Diego Comic Con this summer are still available to purchase as of this writing. While this batch isn't the first to see one piece stick around for a little while after activation, it's probably the first time the whole assortment has stayed accessible and obtainable even for those not riding their mobile devices at work hoping to beat store crashes. So what made this year different? Keep reading!

While Botcon feels like it was practically just yesterday, it's already time for San Diego Comic Con to kick off later this week. TFormers will be there bringing you coverage of everything Transformers as it happens, so be sure to stay right here so you don't miss anything. But in the meantime, what sorts of reveals might we look forward to seeing come this Thursday when Hasbro's Transformers events take place? Keep reading to check out our thoughts!

2015's summer convention season is about to kick off. But, what should be a time of fun and relaxation with friends can easily turn sour if you find your convention has placed you in a hotel with less than ideal upkeep. Failing services or worn furnishings may be bad enough, but it's nothing compared to the worst potential issue of all: A bedbug infestation. We've collected some tips on identifying an infestation in progress, options to deal with it, and ways to keep it from coming home with you. Keep reading to learn more!
