At Hasbro's Toy Fair 2012 Media Event, we were showcased the upcoming Remote Controlled Bumblebee that will be coming out in the Transformers Prime line in Fall of this year. During our visit to the Transformers portion of the Hasbro showroom at the company's Toy Fair 2012 Media Event, we were provided a demonstration of how the gimmick of the Transformers Prime Weaponizers figures will operate. Unfortunately, the Optimus Prime was very much in showcase-only mode, so we could not get a demonstration of that figure, so the Bumblebee will have to do until next time. Tformers is covering news from New York Comic-Con 2011 as we type this. Just in we have a first look at the next season of Transformers Prime. The clip shows us a very interesting turn of events that quite spoilerish. SDCC is over, but we're still posting news and updates from the show. We've got some video coverage of the Transformers Prime panel that was held this year. The big reveal was was actually a non-reveal with a mysterious character that is coming soon to the show. The rest of the panel featured all the players from the Transformers Prime time including Mike Vogel, Roberto Orci, Therese Trujillo, Jeff Kline, David Hartman, Duane Capizzi, Jose Lopez, and Vinton Heuck that you can watch after the jump.
We had a chance to meet with the folks at Mimobot and get a first hand tour of all the great stuff they coming our way including the new Transformers G1 Optimus Prime and Megatron USB drives. They are not not only good for storage, they come loaded with content too. We've got the scoop that we will be seeing more of these Transformers drives coming soon. Watch the clip after the jump.

Hasbro has updated the Fan's Choice Compilation video, which gives us a quick look at each of the characters that were up for the chance to be inducted into the Transformers Hall of Fame. This video was shown at BotCon 2011. The video gives us a look at Jazz, Shockwave, Grimlock, and Waspinator (the winner!). Erector was a separate video at the event. Take a look after the jump.
We're just back from BotCon 2011 but the news is still flowing. We had the wonderful opportunity to chat with Jason Ebarra who designed and created the real life G1 Ratchet Toyota Van that everyone was trippin' over at BotCon this year. During our perusal of the Transformers: Dark of the Moon
display showcasing the first two waves of the toyline starting on May 16, 2011, we were fortunate enough to get a video demonstration of the Ark toy. The playset is the center of the Transformers: Dark of the Moon
Cyberverse, one of the three distinct lines under the Dark of the Moon
toyline. Cyberverse stresses playability in multiple ways, with Legions (previously Legends), Commander (previously Scouts), playsets featuring triplechanger bases that can interact with Legions. The Ark is a centerpiece of that. Packaged with Roller
