The official Transformers: War for Cybertron
video game website has revealed that KMart and Sears will be offering a free comic book with every pre-order of the game. The two pre-order pages for both retailers, which are owned by Sears Holding Corporation, do not reflect this pre-order bonus. TransformersGame.com does not specify the comic, but it is quite possible that it is the same comic being offered by Australian retailer JB Hi-Fi
, which is a comic written by Alex Irvine and penciled by Don Figueroa.
While we know who is responsible for the internals of the Transformers: War for Cybertron comic
, we have learned today that Marcelo Matere is responsible for the cover that pits the faces of good and evil against one another. The comic is a pre-order exclusive for Australian retailer JB HiFi
, written by Alex Irvine, pencils by Don Figueroa, and published by IDW Publishing.
