The official Hasbro Transformers site has been updated with two new games for fans to play online including the "Transformers Titans Return" from the Generations series and the "Transformers Robots in Disguise: Power Up for Battle" have been added to the gallery of games.
The Titans Return game lets you choose your robot and head master to play with. The RID game offers up a Versus style game starting with Optimus Prime Vs. Starscream.
The Transformers Offiical App for iOS iPhone / iPad and Andrioid have gotten a new makeover with new features! Fans can download the App now from iTunes and Play to see the new more than meets the Combiner Wars look as well as two new missions to "save Cybertron". Beware though, the app has a 13+ rating for all the youngters out there.
Last year's short but memorable Transformers: Devastation
featured a boss battle with Shockwave where the one-handed logician displayed a fascinating, very video-gamey power: the ability to create duplicates of himself. DeNA Games has made the somewhat unsurprising announcement that, like most of their other Transformers games, Transformers Battle Tactics will be ending soon. As of yesterday the game no longer updates, as of March 10th in-app purchases will end and the game will no longer be downloadable, but the game will remain playable until May 12. On top of being the first Activision release in mainland China, Devastation is getting a steelbook case with the Autobot and Decepticon insignia - which will be available as part of two limited edition Playstation 4 bundles. Videogamer.com has posted images and details on the Transformers: Devastation DLC coming next week! It appears to be the items which were previously available as preorder bonuses: new skins to make Nemesis Prime, Red Alert, and Goldbug as well as special weapons for each. It's unknown what the price will be, but the general rule of thumb on preorder bonus value is $10 or less, so we'll see.
