Online retailers Big Bad Toy Store and Entertainment Earth have sent out emails to their customers alerting them of Hasbro's revisions to the Transformers Generations Fall of Cybertron Waves 1 and 2 cases. Generations Wave 1 has a Shockwave-friendly change, upping the number of the purple one-eyed guy to three (3) per case, downsizing Jazz to two (2), and keeping Optimus Prime at three. Wave 2, meanwhile, will offer a very collector-friendly option that
still see one of each Combaticon members, and will shove a Shockwave in there as well as one (1) each of Optimus Prime and Jazz.

High Moon Studios has released a demo, available today, of
Transformers Fall of Cybertron, featuring two single-player missions, competitive multiplayer, and the extensive character customization. The developers are getting cozy with the public testers and are encouraging all players of the demo to direct any and all comments to the team's Twitter account,
@FallofCybertron. Gamers who
received early access have already greatly contributed to this effort, with High Moon reporting that tweaks to the balance and weapons have been made, as well as actively working to ban cheaters (they exist already - seriously?).

Walmart has announced that all customers who pre-order a copy of
Transformers Fall of Cybertron on Microsoft Xbox 360 will receive a free copy of
Transformers War for Cybertron. This bonus only applies to the Xbox 360 version, according to the retailer's website.
Amazon and
GameStop announced their pre-order bonuses back in May.
Transformers Fall of Cybertron releases on Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony Playstation 3, and PC on August 21, 2012.

Today just after noon Eastern (9am Pacific Time), this year's Hasbro SDCC exclusive toys went live on HasbroToyShop. And within minutes nearly all were sold out. Taking many by surprise, the high-end Jem doll was the first to sell through, literally in just a matter of seconds after posting. This was followed in quick succession by the majority of other items from this year's offering, with the hottest items gone in under five minutes. As of the time of this posting, Rust in Peace Cliffjumper is still in stock, as well as the SHIELD Super Helicarrier. Both of these can be found in
HTS' Exclusives menu.

Hasbro Toy Shop's booth has completely sold out of their San Diego Comic Con 2012 Transformers Generations Fall of Cybertron Bruticus stock as of yesterday afternoon and H.I.S.S. Tank Shockwave as of today. These sets will not be sold today. Cliffjumper still appears to be available, and will most likely not sell out at the show, similar to the
Transformers Prime Matrix of Leadership Optimus Prime from last year.

Transformers Fall of Cybertron will not have Arcee as a playable character, the developers revealed today during their
San Diego Comic Con 2012 panel. Game Director Matt "Tieg" Tieger confirmed this information during the question and answer session at the panel, saying that Arcee is not in the game because the character customization for multiplayer and for the sake of game balance.

Big Bad Toy Store has announced that they will share exclusivity of the Transformers Generations Fall of Cybertron G2 Bruticus
with Amazon. The instructions are quite simple: anytime between now and September 10, 2012, send a blank email to bruticus[at]bigbadtoystore.com. On September 10th, you will receive an email alerting you of the beginning of pre-orders about an hour or so before they are open to the general public. Pricing has not yet been announced (although Amazon is selling it for $59.99) with availability in early November, on track with Amazon's availability date of November 15, 2012.

Transformers Fall of Cybertron multiplayer as well as

Tformers sponsor TFSource has shot a message that they have received a message confirming their shipment of Transformers Generations Series 01 (or wave 1) figures that might ship late this week or early next week that! The figures were originally planned for a May 2012 release but were inexplicable delayed until August. The wave, including
Shockwave,
Optimus Prime, and
Jazz are all deluxe figures and are still available for pre-order through TFSource.

Hasbro has put out a press release detailing all of the prices of their San Diego Comic Con 2012 exclusives, including the Transformers-centric Prime Terrorcon "Rust In Peace" Cliffjumper at $24.99, game-accurate Generation 1 Bruticus at $99.99, and G.I. Activision and High Moon Studios have put out a press release detailing all of the voice actors that are part of Transformers Fall of Cybertron, as the strive to create "the most authentic Transformers game ever." Actors include Peter Cullen, of course, and adding
Gregg Berger as the voice of Grimlock, and featuring the return of Fred Tatasciore as Megatron, but also adding the duties for Metroplex. Nolan North will
voice Cliffjumper, Bruticus, and Brawl; while Steve Blum (Transformers Prime Starscream) will continue to lend his voice to Shockwave and add the duties of Combaticon Swindle and Insecticon Sharpshot. Read the full list and the PR after the jump.
