The European publication Licensing Magazine has posted the contents of its latest issue online, and features a half page article about Transformers related merchandise. Among this is word of a new every-other-month Transformers comic from Panini. While the article does not outright specify what continuity it falls in to, the details provided line up with some of the setting information we've heard about the third season of Robots in Disguise - but being a movie year, it can't be ruled out that the description might be inspired in some way by The Last Knight. In a surprising piece of news, IDW has issued a press release announcing that John Barber will no longer be an editor for the company. While he remains with IDW as a writer and reportedly will continue on The Transformers, he is also mentioned as being involved with two unannounced comics related to the Revolution shared Hasbro universe. Newsarama has published the full length preview for issue 5 (of 6) of Robots in Disguise, due in shops next Wednesday. From the look of things, the final two issues of the comic will be spent in a post-season 1 timeframe, which may help hold over series fans waiting for the cartoon's second and final season to debut. As usual we'll have the first review online for this issue early next week, and right now you can keep reading to have a look at the preview!
