Transformers 5 The Last Knight
Transformers 5 The Last Knight Videos

The results are in for the 38th Golden Raspberry Awards. Transformers: The Last Knight carried nominations in several categories, surely to the surprise of no one who was actually paying attention. But despite all its charms, TLK was up against some tough competition, especially from the incredibly ill-conceived Emoji Movie. The results can either be seen as an affirmation of victory over anyone trying to highlight its flaws, or a crushing blow that it wasn't even bad enough to win here, but The Last Knight walked away without taking a single raspberry. If you're interested in the complete results, you can check out the video below.

Hollywood wants to love the the fans, they really really do. But they don't seem to know how when they keep putting too many humans in robot movies. Five movies on, they have literally run this franchise over a cliff. Knights, Unicron horns and even Cogman couldn't save them, It made $500 Million, but raked in a lot the slag with it. The legendary fan force that is Screen Junkies. Takes aim at TLK with their barrel fusion-cannons. Leaving a steaming pile of bashes, laughing all the way.

In a presentation video likening the subjects of its nominations to toxic waste, the Razzies, AKA the Golden Raspberry Awards, have announced their nominations for the worst of 2017. As you might expect, Transformers: The Last Knight indeed has been nominated, tying Age of Extinction with nine nominations. That's the record for the franchise! Keep reading for specifics on the nominations along with an announcement video for the three top categories.

You can't tell me that Transformers The Last Knight wouldn't have been more entertaining if the movie's conflict was resolved by a rap battle between ...well, anyone really. But for purposes of argument I'm gonna go with Nitro Zeus and Cogman. Unfortunately that didn't happen. But to promote the Leader Class Megatron and Calibur Optimus Prime, TakaraTomy did engage the services of two Japanese rappers to extol the virtues of the two toys in a rap battle. It's all in Japanese, naturally, but it's more than hilarious enough to be worth a look. You'll find the video embedded in the full post just below!

On the Youtube channel "Comic Book Movie" we can see a quick clip showing some behind the scenes work from Transformers The Last Knight as one of the movie's Merlin scenes is being filmed, intercut with comments from the screenwriter about casting Stanley Tucci for the role. And sure enough we are shown the crew - Michael Bay included - having trouble containing themselves at the somewhat unconventional take on King Arthur's Wizard. You can find the clip embedded below.

One more video from our Hascon VIP Dinner Event reporter, Eric Crownover. He captured the special presentation videos shown before the Hall of Fame inductions of Susan Blu and movie series producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. First up we have a tribute to the tenth anniversary of the Transformers movie series, acting as a quick retrospective of the movies - which also probably served as a decent warm-up for the Hall of Fame induction of movie producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura! You can find the video embedded in the post below.

Stunts are dangerous. Very frequently, the stars of the movie are not let anywhere near the most difficult and life-threatening of them all. But this doesn't seem to be the case for Optimus Prime and Dragonstorm, who charge face-first into a volley of flying rocks. Megatron, though? He has a better idea... keep reading to see the short!
