Toy Galleries Thanks to Disciples of Boltax who has posted an interesting blog called the "The Napkin of Revelation" that gives us a look into the genesis of the Transformers Cybertron toy line. Released at the very end of the line, the confusingly named Galaxy Force Optimus Prime comes to us as a somewhat dark recdeco of the original red, silver and blue Prime motif. Many fans complained the figure lacked enough redecoration to make it a worth while re-issue. Those of us who love Optimus Prime see this as a welcome addition to the very enjoyable Cybertron line and our collections. Check out the pics of his robot modes in the image gallery.
Repaints galore are hanging in the isles as the Cybertron toy line winds down. Some of the cooler pre-paints to be released under the series are the deluxe Optimus Prime and Megatron figures. Originally made for Cybertron, they were released as Beast Wars 10th Anniversary toys first. Now that the real deal are out in the stores, we have posted a load of pics showing the Deluxe Megatron figure in the image gallery.
Remy has just posted one of the first galleries showing the Cybertron Breakdown repaint of what many fans are calling a homage to G1 Kup - the Breakdown GTS figure. Check out all the images over at TFKenKon.com. |
