G1 Design Sketch - Heartbreakingly Unproduced Classic Car Cowboy Robot

Once again, Twitter user @miiakira2017 has posted an image of their Transformers-related design work. Today, it's a classic car- the specific make, if any, eludes RAC - that would have turned into a laser pistol-wielding cowboy. Though there's a slight resemblance to 2010's Hunt for the Decepticons Scout-class Hubcap, the replies peg this as a Diaclone-era design, so well before that figure was designed and likely a coincidence. Keep reading to see!
This wouldn't have been the first robotic cowboy out of Japan either, with Getter Robo sidekick Texas Mack predating this Anti-Drift design by at least half a decade.
