E-Hobby has updated their product listing for their exclusive Transformers Collector's Edition City Guardian Robot with the box art and bio-card. This figure is offered exclusively through e-Hobby retailing at 13,650 Yen and expected to be released sometime in September 2008. Artwork can also be seen mirrored here.

Big Bad Toy Store currently has a pre-order page available for TFClub's Classics Ultra Magnus upgrade set. It's due to ship in September 2008 and is going for $76.99 at the website. TakaraTomy affiliated on-line retailer e-Hobby continues to offer exclusive repaints of upcoming Transformers G1 re-issues. This time the Omega Supreme mold gets accompanied by his fallen City Guardian Robot comrades. The June 2008 edition of Dengeki Hobby Magazine features article listings for Transformers Movie Optimus Prime Battle Mode listing the figure to retail at 7,875 (includes tax), Trans Scanning TS-2 Bumble, Encore Bumble and Minibots, HHTF C-05 Hot Rodimus which will have a orange chromed rear spoiler/wing and his flame logo will resemble his G1 counterpart, and C-06 Sky Fire and D-04 Ramjet which details are not finalized for their July Release. There is also an apology from the author for an article written in last month's issue who jumped to the conclusion that the PVC used in the toys were of a lower quality and has retracted his claims. No scans are available at this time.

TakaraTomy has updated their Transformers site with final production shots for Transformers Movie Trans Scanning TS-2 Bumblebee and Henkei D-03 Astrotrain.

Millionaire Publishing has provided a download for a color-matching head cut-out for their exclusive Ratchet Emergency Green mail-away exclusive because it was packaged in the original Encore Ratchet package, which included the original color. PDF may be downloaded here and will require Adobe Acrobat. The Japanese language pack may also need to be installed in order to view and/or print. No similar action has been provided yet from e-Hobby for their Ironhide Protecting Black exclusive, but it should not be to hard to create one with an image editor to change the colors using the download from Millionaire Publishing.

Previously reported here, the delayed Transformers Music Matrix DVD has been released in Japan. It contains a compilation of Transformers theme songs from G1 to present Movie with clips and footage retailing at 3,000 yen.

Just in are new images of the G1 colors iPod Optimus Prime soon to be released in Japan on Mar 27, 2008 priced at 15,000 Yen ($140 USD). This figure is a follow up to the all white version that was released last year, the figure looks to include a newly sculpted head for Optimus Prime. Check out the images in the gallery.

According to the latest issue of Figure Ou! Magazine, Transformers Encore 08 Meister (Jazz) will use the same head mold as the original Target Master Stepper instead of the G2 head mold that was used in the first Collection Series Re-issue of Meister.

We first reported last summer this was coming and now it looks like the confirmation and announcement is very close. Actoys.net forums have posted a blacked out image of Grimlock supporting the news we heard last summer that there would be an MP Dinobot. Fans will rejoice if the MP-07 Grimlock is added to Takara Tomy's Masterpiece Collection. We've got more details we'll be revealing about this figure soon so be sure to keep checking back.
