A PDF document has been discovered which contains a number of presentation style images. While much of it covers ordinary fare like how store displays will be designed, and character concept art relating to Transformers 4, a portion looks forward to the post-movie years. Besides indicating the next movie will not be until 2017(!), it reveals the interim is planned to include animated entertainment, denoted by two new faction logos. Keep reading for more information and the extracted images. Transformers Prime Beast Hunters may have been just a tipping point for a shift in line focus. One insignia has a clear animal theme, while the other seems more of a monstrous or mythical beast sense to it. All is speculation currently, but it could well be that the years between the fourth and fifth movies will be a trip back to beast-focused media and toys, with Beast Hunters and the Dinobots in the movie acting as a transitional stage to that end.
Meanwhile, the bulk of the PDF is made up of concept images of major Age of Extinction characters, such as Grimlock, Lockdown, and Hound. Photos of some of the vehicles the characters are based on are also included as reference points. Several of the concept images are watermarked, dated between the end of 2012 and the early months of 2013, and show Aaron Archer's involvement with their development. It's very interesting to see a piece of the timeline of the creation of some of these elements, as well that this may perhaps be some of Archer's final work on the Transformers brand before leaving Hasbro.
