"Holy Halogen Luminators!"
Transformers@TheMoon has posted another in their collection of audio recordings from the original Transformers cartoon! After starting off with some more Ravage snarls, we move into crowd noises and proceed into the episode until we find Spike, Brawn, and Bumblebee in a super-heated deathtrap with dialogue not aired... keep reading to hear!
The official Transformers: The Last Knight
YouTube page has posted a new 30-second teaser for the film. Titled "Moment," it maintains the usual teaser pattern of a few tiny bits of new footage and dialogue mixed into a rearrangement of what we've already seen. But! We now have a rating for the film. Keep reading for more info!
Stanley Cheung has posted a pair of new magazine scans to Facebook showing of Transformers: The Last Knight
TLK-15 Calibur Optimus Prime! Seemingly a further refinement of the Leader-class Optimus Prime mold from Transformers: Age of Extinction
- which Takara had already
remolded extensively last time - Calibur Prime now sports an axe and a massive shield to go with his Temenos Sword. And the shield becomes part of the truck bed for vehicle mode storage! Keep reading to see.
One ongoing complaint towards the Legends interpretation of God Ginrai since the first magazine scans related to the backpack wings sitting up quite high, right behind the head. However, Alfes2010 has identified an alternative configuration to keep the wings in a more reasonable, lower position by rotating the Godbomber body pieces upside down, and using the very flexible swivel and hinge arrangement of the wings to keep them in the same relative orientation, but at a lower position on the body. It's not perfect, as Godbomber's leg stubs can no longer be neatly tucked away, but it's a good option to have. Check out photos below!
Summer is fast approaching, and there's no better proof of that than early samples of the year's Titan Class figure starting to get out. We've got a quick video tonight showing off some of the basics of Trypticon's dinosaur mode, including a little of the leg articulation and deployable weapons, plus a transformation demo of Full Tilt. We were already expecting Trypticon to start hitting by July, and seeing finished production pieces like this just reinforces that idea. Click through to watch the video, embedded below.
Thanks to YouTubers WOTAFA's Secret Base, ThreeStar Star, and Hobby Drifter we have a have a look at the LG42 Godbomber Transformers Legends Figure in-hand and out of the pack. The videos are in-languange, but we can still get a good look at the figure in both the Godbomber and combined modes along with many of the, by now, well documented features.
New listings on Paulmartstore reveal some new Transformers The Last Knight products in the form of 1:24 scale diecast vehicles. The Jada Transformers Movie Dark Knight Barricade, Bumblebee and Crosshairs are official, non-transforming renditions of the vehicles from the film.
These look pretty well detailed too with opening doors, hoods and other touches like a robot mode embossed on the bottom. Definitely some of better licensed products I have seen for The Last Knight with hints of the old Binaltech days. Read on to see images of all three.
Hasbro has released two different lengths of TV spot for Knight Armor Turbo Changer Bumblebee! Featuring the tagline "Answer The Call Of Destiny" in the longer spot, the slick videos show off the detailing of vehicle mode and the ease of transition to Robot Mode. Keep reading to see!
Ever wonder what the huge, hyper-detailed, movie Transformers statues from Prime 1 Studio look like in-package? Thanks to a poster on Baidu, now we know! This is a really impressive piece, a statue that looks like it walked out of the 2007 movie, standing at 50 centimeters or over a foot and a half tall. Keep reading to see the images, which we've mirrored here for your convenience!
Via Weibo we've got a couple of new leaked images of The Last Knight toyline packaging. First is the back panel of Voyager Scorn's box, which shows us a first color image of Decepticon Nitro who was revealed to us in a leaked image from an instruction sheet. This gives us the color scheme for the toy, which is very grey and black all over. It also indicated Nitro is probably in fact the second wave 3 Voyager, who we'd had no confirmation on previously. The other item is the back panel for wave 3's all new Deluxe Bumblebee, though it doesn't reveal much of anything we hadn't seen previously. You can find both images mirrored below.
On Facebook, Loopaza has shared a set of scans for the mini-comic included with Legends Godbomber, being released in Japan this weekend. The comic, in Japanese of course, depicts an alternate Minerva (in Nightbeat-color armor) stealing Godbomber, and then canonizes the toy's ability to connect to Combiner Wars/Unite Warriors figures by hooking up with Curse Armada Thrust and Trickdiamond - before being defeated by God Ginrai, formed from ...another Godbomber? Well, let's just hope for a translation to explain that part. Meanwhile you can check out the scans in the gallery below.
Iron Factory's got a new figure to show once again, and this one is based on Shockwave. Bridge Watcher joins the rest of their small-scale figure lineup, and is shown in full color on this new promo image. It boasts multiple option hands, all cast in clear purple. We presume that it can transform with at least the default set on, but it's uncertain now whether it would be possible with any of the extras in use. It looks like a target release date for this may be June 30th, so not long to wait at all if this strikes your interests. Click through for the full size image!
