Mega Drive/Sega Genesis Megatron Page Updated - Sonic The Hedgehog To Be Packed In With System

Remember when video game consoles used to actually come with a game? TakaraTomy remembers. Mega Drive Megatron is going to include a replica of the Japanese version of the Sonic the Hedgehog cartridge from 1991. The Japanese version of Sonic is slightly more refined than the US Sega Genesis release, with more parallax scrolling and a rippling effect underwater. None of which matters, since this is a non-playable dummy cart to make your Megatron look cool. Keep reading to see the blast processing for yourself!
