Destruction Mini-Con Team
Quote: "Destroy and conquer!"

The ultimate in destruction Mini-Cons, this team creates chaos wherever it goes. Cutting, drilling, and rolling into action, they are able to take on any Transformer. They have incredible individual strength and the awesome ability to attach to the helicopter, Cyclonus, to maximize their fighting power. Cyclonus has figured out how to use these demolition-driven Mini-cons to create the most damage possible.

Buzzsaw

Vehicle Mode

Actually, I’m not sure you could call Buzzsaw’s alt mode a vehicle. It’s a large buzzsaw with a tail that rolls around on treads. He is mostly yellow and dark gray (must have been on clearance wherever Hasbro buys their plastic from considering how much of these two colors they used with this team and the Race Team). There are some green highlights in the back of the "tail" and on the buzzsaw arm and tread interior. When pushing down on him in this mode and rolling him along a table or tile floor, the wheel makes the buzzsaw spin. It sticks a little from time to time though.

Transformation
Swing the treads down and back and flip the yellow portions around to form the legs and feet. Separate the midsection to form the arms. Rotate the right shoulder area up to lock into place. Bring the back panel up to form the chest.

Robot Mode
Buzzsaw is a stocky little Minicon. He is very wide at the shoulders. Primarily the same colors, as in vehicle mode, there is some additional green that comes into play on his chest detailing and face. Buzzsaw rotates at the neck, shoulders, hips, and waist, giving him pretty decent articulation. The blade on his left arm can be spun independently or you can turn the small gear on the back of his shoulder.

Drill Bit

Vehicle Mode

Drill Bit looks like a form of treaded truck cab with an enormous drill behind the cab. He is mostly orange with blue painted windows and some dark gray and yellow thrown in for good measure. Like his teammates, pushing down on him while rolling him along a hard surface activates his gimmick. In this case, the giant drill bit rotates with a annoying clicking sound.

Transformation
Bring the treads down ninety degrees and flip the feet up. Bring the drill and the other "arm" around from the back of the vehicle and rotate the head forward.

Robot Mode
There is no color change in going from vehicle to robot mode. He swivels at the neck, shoulders, and hips. The drill comprises his left arm that can be turned manually while his right is merely a stump. The only redeeming quality Drill bit has is his head and face. It looks almost identical to Cosmos from the G1 series.

Dualor

Vehicle Mode

His alt mode resembles a tank of sorts that has two barrels, one on either side of the turret. He is very reminiscent of Half-Track from the Decepticon Micromaster Battle Squad. Dualor is mostly dark gray with yellow cannons and paneling and some blue and yellow painted highlights. When rolling, Dualor’s cannons pivot back and forth to give the impression he’s firing in rapid succession. It’s interesting to note that when the turret is turned, the gears visible for the gimmick turn as well. Perhaps the turret was once meant to turn in stead of or with the cannon movement. Or it could just be coincidence.

Transformation
Swing the turret around so the cannons face the opposite direction. Extend the treads forward and flip out the small yellow panels to form the feet. Stand, swing the arms out and turn the head around.

Robot Mode
More yellow is visible in his upper legs and the gears inside his chest. Dualor can swivel at the neck, shoulders, hips and waist. He looks very Micromaster-like in robot mode and that’s not a bad thing. His visor is painted blue to give his head a little personality.

Attaching to Cyclonus
All three members of the Destruction team can attach to Cyclonus in his vehicle mode. Place any of them in their vehicle modes underneath Cyclonus’ cockpit and pull his trigger to activate their gimmicks. Either I have a defective Cyclonus or this just doesn’t work well. The trigger seems to get stuck when Drill Bit is attached and the gimmicks of other two just don’t move very much at all.

Overall
This is a much nicer team of Minicons than the Race Team. Buzzsaw especially is worth the money for the team. Drill Bit is rather disappointing and Dualor is okay. It’s a shame that they don’t work better with Cyclonus since that’s the bot they seem to be designed around.
