This guy has been one of the most exciting third party releases yet and it is no wonder from the images. The homage to WFC Omega Supreme has it all and then some with a spectacular robot more and many alternate forms between the different base options. Thanks to ACToys who have posted images of hwat appears to be a first look at the remake of the Generations Grimlock figure as Beast Wars Beast Wars Megatron. Yessssss, this does make some sense to offer the Voyager class as another T-Rex in the Generations line that will have a new robot head that is is reminiscent of the the helmet head with claws and all. Check out the images of the un-colored proto-type for more details below.

Meteor Opteration have posted many new hi-res images of the Takara Tomy Fall of Cybertron Bruticus & Combaticons in what are said the be the game colors Transformers themed toys. We've seen these figures in a number of colors, and it seem that Takara Tomy's Generations figures will have the honor of being the official game replicas. Robotkingdom has listed some new pre-orders for the Transformers Generations Springer and Astrotrain voyager class action figures. There are no images yes of the toys that will be packed two per case. These are listed to be released in June of 2013. With Toy Fair just around the corner, we can expect to see these and a number of other new products. Stay tuned for more details as they happen.

Robotkingdom have gotten a product sample of the Genesis figure and posted some new looks at what is said to be the final production colors. This figure looks a lot better than the previous version we saw that was predominantly red in color. Here we see more gold and silver have been introduced on the new toy that looks much better IMO. Also, we have word that the figure potability quality it good with images shown of the figures in complex poses.

Takara Tomy designer TFYuki twitter account has been updated with new images of the Takara Tomy edition of the Transformers Generations: Fall of Cybertron Combaticons action figure. Get a look at the out of box images of the toys including TG-03 Blast Off, TG-04 Vortex, TG-05 Brawl, TG-06 Swindle, TG-07 Onslaught in thier robot, alternate vehicle and the combined Bruticus modes. If you are still playing Transformers Generation Fall of Cybertron XP or just about to. You will be glad to know that High Moon Studios have just announced on their official Facebook page that the Transformers Fall of Cybertron XP has now been set to DOUBLE bonus, FOREVER. This is a fantastic opportunity for new players to level up.

Even before the addition of the Disc Minion gimmick, Soundblaster is my favorite figure in a very long time. He's huge, satisfyingly bulky, and fun, and feels completely out of place in the 2012 toyline- in an entirely good way. Continue to full review

Just as the FoC Bruticus toys were being sold for the first time we got wind there would be several versions of it. This one is the G2 model that is an Amazon exclusive. All in all these toys are an impressive feat of engineering and are overall very successful. I do feel they were a bit more ambitious than the needed to be and that has hurt them. Either way, this set is recommended at normal retail and not a penny more.

Thanks to Affes who has posted some new images Transformers Generations TG-01 Optimus Prime fresh out in Japan. Get a look at the Japanese version that Takara Tomy have put their own finishing touches on. You can see images of Optimus Prime in both modes and compared with the original Hasbro War For Cybertron and the Fall of Cybertron toy. Thanks Alfes and Planet Iacon who have just posted some new in-hand images of the Transformers Generations TG-01 Optimus Prime and TG-02 Jazz deluxe class action figures just out in Japan from Takara Tomy. Optimus Prime is just in time for the holidays with a shiney and bright new paint theme that is loaded with metallic goodness. Every once in a while, you get a toy with ideas or executions that just come out really well. The unfortunate part is when those good aspects are buried with things that work so much more poorly that they act disproportionately to sour the overall impression of the toy.
