Soundtrack composer Kevin Manthei has posted a couple of music clips from the Transformers Robots in Disguise Episode 1. The clips include music for "Welcome to Earth" and "Running from Underbite" that give fans of the show a sample of some of the music we will be hearing in the new cartoon.
For whatever you might feel about the content of Age of Extinction in general, many agree that it at least had some nice music cues. While a score for the movie was available for a short time, the complexities of licensing forced its sale to be terminated after a fixed number of copies. If you missed out on that, you have another chance to listen to Steve Jablonksy's music for the film, including tracks that have never been released before

Rovio’s latest game, Angry Birds Transformers, boasts one killer soundtrack. You may notice that the tunes in the game sound similar to those from Transformers: The Movie. That’s no coincidence! Rovio teamed up with Vince DiCola, who composed the music from the 1986 animated feature, and music industry vet Kenny Meriedeth, who infused the tracks with the tasty analog synth sounds that defined the '80s!
Rovio has published a pair of new videos to support the upcoming Angry Birds Transformers. One is a nifty little retro-style animated video done more or less in the style of the original G1 animated opening. The second is a look at the music of the game, composed by none other than Vince DiCola
of 1986's The Transformers: The Movie!

Autobase Aichi has posted images of the cover art for the upcoming anniversary collections of Transformers music. Music Matrix 30th is a DVD featuring art of all the Japanese G1 Autobot Supreme Commanders, and the Song Masterpiece CD features Optimus Prime at ease, leaning on his ion blaster. Both collections will be released in Japan on September 17th. Keep reading to see both covers!

The Song Masterpiece boxset is 4 CDs worth of (Japanese) Transformers related music. The Music Matrix 30th DVD isn't detailed, but we're going to suggest that it may be a selection of opening songs to Japanese Transformers series complete with the original animation.
