Twitter user @crasis has posted an image of Combiner Wars Sky Lynx - and something has changed. While previously Sky Lynxes were found with a fully extended neck, this new example has the beast mode's neck collapsed - and the packaging is clearly designed around this configuration. Why the change? We'll probably never know, but keep reading to have a look for yourself!

ToysRUs and TakaraTomy sure do love their giveaways. Courtesy of Autobase Aichi, we now know that the latest subject is a recolor of Prime Arms Micron AM-26 Smokescreen's crossbow Mini-Con, S.2. You'll be able to get the figure if you spend 3,000 Yen and up at a Japanese ToysRUs... well, we can't tell quite when, but it seems like it's timed to coincide with the release of the TAV-40 and TAV-41 Mini-Con Battle Packs, as shown in the ad. Keep reading to see!

Target's website has listed the Planet of Junk Clash Platinum Edition boxset! If you missed the decade-old Classics Rodimus or its Battle in Space reissue and both the Junkions, you can pick them up now with premium paintjobs for $75 from Target's website. Keep reading for the link!

The official BotCon Twitter has responded to a question concerning the souvenir figures available at the show. Details are of course being kept a surprise, but the assortment is said to include 4 individual souvenir figures and a troop-builder 3-pack for a total of $295 USD (or average of $42 per figure). We'll find out the identities of these figures in about a week, but until then keep reading to see the original Tweet!

The group TFND on Facebook reports on an interesting occurrence: Hasbro Asia is giving away Combiner Wars Deluxe Groove! The figure, formerly unique to Unite Warriors UW03 Defensor, is being offered to ToysRUs shoppers who spend NTD $1799 (about $55 USD) on Transformers products. There's no indication this points to a wider release of Deluxe Groove - but we can hope. Keep reading to see the photos and the original post!

Timed perfectly to coincide with the release of G2 Menasor, Hasbro Toy Shop has a great new promo code in effect. With it you'll be able to get 20% off your purchase, and free basic shipping even without meeting the minimum order amount. Menasor and Superion are both in stock as of this writing, along with a selection of other existing figures in Generations and Robots in Disguise. The code is valid through March 31st, so you have some time to go through and catch up. Keep reading for the coupon code!

We've just launched our Spring Sale sale today at HobbyLink Japan (hlj.com) and would appreciate it if you could make your visitors aware of the sale. Below you will find more detailed information about the sale.

Autobase Aichi has posted a list of TakaraTomy Mall's restocked items coming for March 27th! It's a pretty good list with quite a few e-Hobby exclusives as well as Unite Warriors Guardian/Defensor, MP Clampdown, and the still gorgeous-but-inexplicable MP-10 Convoy Mode "Eva" crossover with Neon Genesis Evangelion! Keep reading for a full list.

On the heels of the color photos we just posted, multiple sources are reporting the ship dates for the first of the Titans Return-derived Legends Series figures as well as MP31 Delta Magnus! Both Amazon Japan and HobbyLink Japan confirm that the Legends will all ship July 23rd, while Delta Magnus will ship August 27th. Keep reading for links to the original postings!

Seibertron reports that ToysRUs Canada is holding a 25% off sale on most of its Transformers toys. While some of the larger items such as Platinum and Masterpiece figures are exempt, Combiner Wars G2 Superion is one of the items allowed, coming in at $112.47 CAD or about $84 USD. Keep reading for a link!

Want to spend your tax refund on some eye-searingly glorious recolors? ToysRUs' Canadian website has put up a preorder page for G2 Menasor! The boxset, which retails for $150 CAD (roughly $110 USD) also has a ship date- March 15th. Presumably the US preorders will open soon. Keep reading for the product description and a link to the original page!

Site sponsor TFSource has posted images of Badcube's Sentinel Blaze, a release of their OTS-08 Sunsurge in Sunstreaker's original Diaclone Red! The figure is due in late March, and a preorder is available on TFSource's webside. Keep reading to see!

A US release for Masterpiece Bumblebee and Exosuit Witwicky appears to be imminent! TFW2005 member Kiresu has posted an image from TRU's computers showing an item number, 016501, and a suggested retail price of $64.99. No information on a date is given, but presumably we'll find out more at New York Toy Fair 2016 in a few weeks. Keep reading to see the info!

Takara's been going pretty heavy on the promo campaigns lately, huh? The latest, beginning January 30th, is for a special QTransformers translucent-plastic Starscream figure! The conditions for getting the figure are not immediately (ahem) clear, but it is limited to 3,000 pieces. Keep reading for a photo and a link to the original promotion page!

Online retailer Dork Side Toys have posted listings for the components of Sky Reign! Voyager Sky Lynx and the corresponding Autobot Cars - Wheeljack, Smokescreen, Hound, and Trailbreaker - are expected in February! Sky Lynx will ship alongside the second run of Onslaught, which is expected to have the animation accurate olive green chestplate for Bruticus. Keep reading for a link to the preorders!
