The Transformers The Last Knight filming moved on from Arizona to begin shooting in Detroit for the next eight weeks. According to the Fox 2 Detroit news report, this will be the longest time spent on any of the Transformers 5 locations, so expect to see a lot of action.

The short video shows the director with camera in hand filming a blue motorcycle with side-car. Its not sure if this painted for later effects or what The camera pans away to show a building with Che Guevar propaganda painted on it.

Paramount pictures have launched a new viral campaign today for the Transformers: The Last Knight Movie that will be coming to theater's on June 23, 2016.
The viral campaign is similar to one we have seen for "Age of Extinctiion" and previously with propganda-like content being put out to raise fears of those evil robots!
This one suggests something sinister with the "Something Wicked This Way Comes" slogan tied to a video show a government file and morse coded message for another pending event:

The suit claims that the Chinese company Wulong Karst Tourism, paid $750,000 to be placed in the film, but they never appeared in the movie that was shown in Cinemas. Could this be a setback for the Transformers 5 movie's product and licensing opportunities?

The Detriot News is reporting that things are just begging to rolling on the production fo Transformers 5, with director Micheal Bay. Who, was just spotted dining at the Bella Piatti Italian restarant in Birmingham, Michigan. We can only speculate what they are there for, the report does say that director Bay and his crew in in town to get prepared for the Transformers 5 movie that will be in theaters, June 23, 2017.

As rerported previously, the Detriot Free Press have confirmed that Paramount's "Transformers 5" film will again be filmed, in part, on location in and around Detroit Michigan. What's more the meets the prize, is paramount will be picking up $21 million from the city as an incentive to feature the city in the next Transformers movie. No word on exactly when or where the filming will begin, but the expectation is it will be for sometimes this Summer.
