So we are not exactly sure why this Transformers Classics Deluxe Bumblebee
has been repainted blue, and neither does tfctoy, according to this most recent auction. According to the auction description, tfctoy calls it an "unknown version Bumblebee," and it might be a Japanese "Lucky Draw,testshoot, prototype, etc." The last time a Bumblebee was repainted blue, it was a BotCon 2002 exclusive named Glyph

BotCon 2002 is not even here yet and already they are getting Cyclonus in Asia. A source, who asked not be named, sent us pics of a sighting made in a Toy shop in Asia who's name we we're also asked not to reveal. 3H Enterprises (www.botcon.com) has the trailer to the highly anticipated BEAST WARS: Primevil Dawn II. You will need to have the Flash plugin. The animated episode is being created for Botcon 2002 but will continue throughout the year at 3H's website. See the trailer HERE

What does BotCon, Hard Heroes and this Optimus artwork have in common? Its Dan Khanna, a top-notch Transformers illustrator who is the offical artist for BotCon and the man behind the popular Hard Heroes statue designs. Transformers Exchange recently had a chance to talk with Dan about his work.
