Dinobot Slash Dinobot Slash

Singapore fangroup Planet Iacon broke the news - and site sponsor BigBadToyStore has just confirmed - that TakaraTomy's version of Power of the Primes begins in May! Titled very similarly as Power of Prime, the figures listed are being released in a format seemingly identical to their US releases. But, what's interesting is what's not listed from Wave 1. Keep reading for details!

Today we finish out the video reviews for Power of The Primes Legends wave 1 with the brand new Dinobot, Slash. We can't say whether we'd call Slash the best of the wave, but that's partly because all three new molds turned out very nice! What we can offer is that Slash is the most different we've gotten in a little while, which does give her a certain value that the other two can't match. How that all stacks up ultimately will be for you to decide, but you can get a head start by watching our video review right here.

Autobase Aichi has posted more stock photo assets from the first wave of Power of The Primes, now giving us in package shots of the first Legends assortment with Beachcomber, Dinobot Slash, and Windcharger, plus the remaining photography for Leader class Optimus Prime and Rodimus Prime. Of note, this includes the individual Hot Rod vehicle form, which has not been played up very much since the reveal of the toy. You can find all these new images mirrored below!

It's that time again: New York Comic-Con is over, and so now it's time to go over what exactly we know about the figures in next year's Generations line, Power of the Primes. At this point, it's quite a lot! Some blanks were filled in at NYCC, some leaks confirmed, and even a couple minor surprises as to the nature of the Deluxe and Voyager accessories. Keep reading to see it all!

Closing out the coverage for the HasCon 2017 event we have a final look at the new Transformers Generations Power of the Primes figures in all their official images glory. Get a look at Evolution Optimus Prime, Micronus with Cloudburst and the new Dinobots Grimlock, Slug, Sludge, Snarl, Swoop and the news dinofembot, Slash in the gallery after the jump.

Back in July after SDCC, we published a quick... well, Primer on the upcoming Generations line Power of the Primes. In the wake of HasCon 2017 we've got some more information, so it's time to go back through and lay it all out, class by class. Keep reading to see!

UPDATED with more slides! In the single largest leak we've yet seen out of Weibo, the entire first four waves of Power of the Primes have been leaked. We've got a Dinobot Combiner, the Terrorcons, a glimpse of the next Leader Optimus Prime, and much more! Keep reading for a list of what's here and why we're pretty sure it's all real!

TFW2005 has posted a couple of stories today with some interesting insights into the impending Transformers: The Last Knight toyline! Most notably, they've now posted (fully-codenamed) case breakdowns for Wave 1 of the toyline! Using this info, they're suggesting that Barricade is the character code-named "Mars," and that Bumblebee is codename "Saturn." Keep reading for more info and our analysis of the situation!

In the wake of WonderFest, TakaraTomy has updated the official Transformers website for Transformers: Saigo no Kishi-Oh! The Speed Changers (1-Step) and adult-collector (Premier) figures now all occupy the same serial numbers, with TLK-01 through 05 going to Premier and TLK-06-09 being Speed Changers. Keep reading for the official photos and more info!

And rounding out our set of official info from Hasbro is Transformers: The Last Knight! Included, among others, are pricing info for Tiny Turbo Changes, RC Autobot Sqweeks, One-Step Changers, Allspark Tech, Premier Edition Deluxe, Voyager, and Leader figures, and more! Keep reading to see for yourself.

Via Autobase Aichi, we've got more images of Premier Edition Deluxe Berserker - and one of them shows off the instruction sheet which gives us the identity of the final Wave 1 Deluxe: Dinobot Slash! Whether this is a reused Age of Extinction mold or an-all new creation we don't currently know for certain, but that lineart looks markedly different from the existing Deluxe mold. Keep reading to see!

TakaraTomy Mall has posted a preorder page for a clear plastic Transformers Display Stand due out on December 20th! Priced at 540 Yen each or about $5, the stands have a peg designed to fit into 5- or 3mm sockets and is shown holding up Deluxes, Voyagers, and small Masterpieces in the form of Arcee, Evasion Mode Optimus Prime, and Road Rage!
