IDW have officially released Transformers: Monstrosity #1, the sequel comic series to Autocracy in digitial format today. This is the first of a massive 12 part series that will be coming to us weekly. Follow Optimus Prime and Megatron in the early days of the Cybertronian war where things are not quite what they seem with appearences by the Dinobots and more.

TRANSFORMERS fans hungering for more thrilling adventures with GRIMLOCK and his fierce DINOBOTS cohorts are in luck this May, when IDW Publishing presents TRANSFORMERS PRIME: BEAST HUNTERS! IDW Limited announced its plan today to offer a deluxe limited edition of TRANSFORMERS: Art of the Fall of Cybertron. Based on the TRANSFORMERS brand from Hasbro, the book is a collection of the art and set descriptions for the smash-hit videogame of the same name, produced by High Moon Studios and published by Activision. The limited-edition book will be offered in a special IDW Red Label edition complete with slipcase, new cover and a portfolio of 10 limited-edition lithographs. Read more below.

Hollywood reporter has followed up their report on the Transformers 4 young leads with more news about the film. They are rerpoting that Ilt Jones, location manager for all three of the Transformers movies, was in Thailand recently for next movie shooting location in the Paramount movie franchise. Take this news with a grain of salt as it was part of a new promotional tour sponsored by the Thai government. So there's no confirmation or report yet about the movie being shot there or not.

After the election results from last night, many of us are scratching our heads after experts warned us of very close race that didn't turn out that way at all. So take what your are told with a bowling-ball of salt as rumors about the Hasbro acquisition by Disney are pushing stock prices up 6.8%. Hasbro's advisors are denying the events and other analysts are second guessing the deal as not making much sense due to Hasbro's need to cut ties with Disney's competitors.

Gosh, if there ever was a rumor I didn't want to be true. It is this one just in via MTV Geek that Disney and Hasbro are in talks about an acquisition. With the pocket-book open and Star Wars in the cart, it seem the Mouse is looking for more cheese in Hasbro's library of brands including Transformers, My Little Pony, GI Joe, Battleship, Nerf, Magic: The Gathering, Monopoly, and literally 100s of toys and games kids have grown up with for decades.
