With the new Transformers: The Last Knight coming our way. I thought it would be interesting to share something rare and likely unseen from the first Transformers (2007) movie where it all began, 10 years ago. Behold, one of the fanciest Transformers press-kits you may have ever seen. Those who attended the Toy Fair 2007 special preview event, were given one of these press kits that actually transforms!

The lead Transformer TakaraTomy designer Hideaki Yoke could not attend this years BotCON due to the conflicting events of Tokyo Toy Fair 2007 but Shogo Hasui who was one of the key designer for the Transformers Movie toys designed the characters such as Starscream, Ratchet and Jazz. He also designed Classic Starscream and said he was fortunate to attend this year's Botcon so he could have all the Jetrons. TFormers got a little chance to talk to him. FULL ARTICLE

We've got a little more news from Basic FUN about some Transformers Movie merchandise in packaging. Just in are images of 6 new movie items that include items with the names Projector, Slide Puzzle, Communicator, Motion Sensor, Night Scope, and Undercover Listening Device. The items don't looks to have robot modes, but its hard to tell from the card info. See the new Movie products on the image gallery.

Just in is news and images from the Diamond display at Toy Fair 2007. There's a lot of new statues and busts coming our way! On display were new offerings for G1 favorites galore! Check out new releases for Optimus Prime, Starscream, Soundwave, Megatron, Grimlock, Unicron with Hot Rod and a special surprise - Omega Supreme! Along with the Preview at Toy Fair 2007, Activision was on hand to offer a preview of the game and answer questions. By Primus! It's the Transforming Deathstar that goes from menacing robot planet to menacing giant robot Darth Vader! Check out this and all the other new Star Wars Transformers figures that were shown at Toy Fair in the image gallery.

Just in are more pictures from Toy Fair 2007. Featured here are the Transformers Attactix and Titaniums figures and game pieces that were shown. See new molds for Generation 1 characters and more in the image gallery.

City. First up are images of the Transformers Movie toys. As mentioned before, Hasbro showed very little that we could take pictures of but what they did show was pretty darn cool. Check out pictures of Leader Optimus Prime action figure, Ultimate Bumblebee, Optimus Prime Voice Changers, and the Prime Blaster all showing now in the image gallery. We have gotten our first updates in from Toy Fair 2007 and will be posting the details soon. We can report some initial news. First, the Transformers Movies toys were shown but no photos were allowed. Most of the toys that have been seen online for the Movie were previewed along with additions like the Galactic Heroes style packs, 3-inch Titanium's, and more that we will be reporting more on soon. No Alternators or Classics figures were shown. Again, no pics were allowed of items other than Leader Optimus Prime, Ultimate Bumblebee, Prime Blaster and the Prime Voice changer that you can see official images of HERE. Please stay tuned.
