TakaraTomy Releases For November & December Leaked! MP Sunstreaker, LG Doublecross, Sixshot, Misfire, Broadside
RAC - Monday, May 29, 2017

There had been hope that MP-39 Sunstreaker would ship earlier in the year than suggested by hobby magazine scans, but it appears that the opposite is true. Planet Iacon has posted a set of leaked listings for the November and December TakaraTomy releases, with Sunstreaker hitting in the final month of the year. But there's good news in the form of the new Legends releases, including the much-desired Legends version of Sixshot! Keep reading to see the details.
Thanks to supplemental info from the Toy Scope Facebook page, we know that Sunstreaker will hit in December, for 12,000 Yen. But we do get a Masterpiece in November: a presumably modified re-release of MP-12 Sideswipe listed as MP-12+. No way to tell what that plus stands for, but we'll likely find out within the next few months.

On the Legends side for November, we have LG-50 Sixshot, who like most Leader class figures out of Japan these days will run you 8,000 Yen. LG-51 and LG-52 are Doublecross (released here in Titans Return as Twinferno) and Misfire (who is coming up in a future wave of Titans Return based on the Triggerhappy mold), both of whom are listed as Targetmasters and run 4,000 Yen. That'd be a first for Doublecross - but of course he didn't used to be a Headmaster either, so why not? Lastly for 5,500 Yen is LG-53 Broadside, and it'll be interesting to see what kind of lipstick TakaraTomy puts on the pig that is Broadside's jet mode.

No photos of these figures are yet known, but with the Tokyo Toy Show later this week, it's likely some of these will make their debut there.

UPDATE: You can place your preorders for these now at bigbadtoystore.com

TFND has posted images of MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rod with his partner Firebolt! While the handgrip is likely a new molding to accomodate the smaller scale of modern Masterpieces, the majority of Firebolt is indeed taken from the "Offshoot" mold released with Hasbro's version of MP-9 Rodimus Prime.
