The Making of A Giant Optimus Prime Gun From Scratch

It's an interesting time we live in where a mix of Youtube, consumer-accessible 3D printing, and people who are good at building things who also still love the toys from their childhood can all come together and show us something really cool. In today's example, we have a 15 minute video showing the design and construction of a giant replica of Optimus Prime's rifle, estimated by the builder to be about 50% of its "real" size. And it has lights and sounds! At four feet long it looks more like an Optimus Prime bazooka, but it's a cool process to see take place. We've got the video embedded below, and you'll definitely want to check this one out!
