It looks like FansHobby's Gunfighter II (G2 Laser Optimus) is getting a fair bit of attention this week. FansHobby have posted a quick gallery of the current testshot, showing the poseability and accessories primarily. They note that at least some of these images are partially Photoshopped to represent the intended final deco, due to the recently highlighted design alterations delaying their ability to have their factory prepare them a deco proof sample right now. But most of the photos seem to clearly depict the plastic-colors testshot with no extra colors added anyway. Gunfighter II is expected to release in June. Keep reading for the mirrored gallery!

The Perfect Effect Origin Leonidas figure stands about 9" (23cm) tall in robot mode and contains die-cast parts. This fierce transforming beast changes from a robot warrior into a lion and boasts over 60 points of articulation.

Fanshobby has posted some new pictures to their Facebook page, showing the latest full color testshot of Gunfighter II, the Optimus Prime recolor of their Scourge/Black Convoy figure, Arch Enemy. Gunfighter II shows some of the minor revisions now that Fanshobby highlighted recently, such as the modified chest panels. Also new to this round of photography is a showing of the two guns this release will come with: both a classic G1 Optimus rifle, and the double barrel Laser Prime gun, depicted here as a prototype while the mold for it is being worked on. We've mirrored the photos below, click through to have a look!

From our forums, TMan978 has shared a video of an interesting new figure. Wei Jiang, known fairly well for making upscaled, surprisingly high quality knockoffs of both official products and the occasional third party item has recently made an upsized iteration of Generations Arcee, theoretically scaled to Masterpiece figures. There's a few other things altered with the figure too, though probably more on the minor side. Check out the embedded video below to have a look at this offering.

The Facebook page TF Robots has shared several photos showing an early prototype for what's reported as a new project from Unique Toys. Currently only identified as Y-05, the figure represents Lockdown from Age of Extinction. This is believed to be roughly Leader scale, and from the pictures is intended to include quite a bit in the way of accessories - including one of the attack dog units seen on Lockdown's ship. The robot shows little immediate sign of how it will transform, but the absence of backside images could suggest a lot of panels on the rear. We've got all the images below, keep reading to see!

Tonight via diecast on the RFC Reviews Youtube channel, we've got a look at Toyworld's unofficial Cosmos figure, Space Racer. Scaled to fit in with Masterpieces using MP Bumblebee as a guide (meaning it's in the neighborhood of a regular Deluxe), Space Racer seems on the less complicated side of third party, but ultimately the review of the figure does not seem super positive towards some of the design decisions made. The review is embedded below, click through to take a look and learn more!

DX9 has posted on Facebook, sharing galleries for their three War In Pocket series small scale Conehead figures. X30, based on Ramjet, X31 based on Dirge, and X32 based on Thrust. There's almost 50 photos of these three figures, shown individually in each of their respective modes, as well as some group shots - including a couple featuring Masterpiece Thrust with his little cousins. You can find all the photos mirrored in our gallery below!

Toyworld has shared out a few new photos featuring the early installments of their massive scale unofficial Bruticus project. The analogues of Blastoff and Vortex are first up, with these samples apparently depicting the final colors and deco the figures will be released in. We also get a look at them with Maketoys Despotron to show their robot mode scale, plus a look at the combined not-Bruticus comprised of earlier testshots and prototypes. We've got it all mirrored below, check it out!

The Fans Toys Grinder figures will be offerd in 3 different recolors including FT-08D Cartoon, FT-08G Blue G2 and FT-08X Movie colors. The FT-08 Grinder Iron Dibots No.5 figures. Like the originals changes from robot to T-rex and includes a sword accessory. Read on to see the images of them all with more details.

Over on Weibo, Dr Wu has posted new images of another add-on/accessory kit. The Ninjia upgrade is made for Titans Return Sixshot, and includes a pair of swords with storage clips, gap-fillers for the rifles, and a restyled helmet replacement. The filler parts for the guns cover the Titan Master seat spaces, but remain easily removed and positioned elsewhere in the combined rifle so no functionality is lost. We have a selection of photos in our gallery, including some older prototype shots. Click through to have a look!

The first video preview of the Desolataur prototype is up. Crowd funding will start on February 27th, 2015. Note: This is a resin prototype, so it literally wears as you move it. The final product will be made of high quality plastic, will be painted, and will have chains.

TFCToys' Weibo Page has posted the final color images of upcoming combiner limbs Warning Line, better known as Protectobot Groove, and Aethon, better known as Predacon Tantrum. These figures will form legs for Prometheus/Defensor and Ares/Predaking. See the pictures below!

FPcore have updated their site with the backstory fiction for their Recoiler and Riftshot characters that are part of the FPcore Project Ground Hammer. Get the insights on who and where these new characters came from with profile information on both of the Twins below for the full preview now.

Wanted to let people know that KFC are sending out free replacements for the problem-ridden guns for their Ironpaw and Nightstalker figures. Good on them for fixing this issue! "Hey! Fans of KFCTOYS. We tested the new shoulder cannon for Ironpaw ,and put up a video of how it works just with your nail to rotate it out. This new shoulder cannon will be shipped to the retailers very soon.including silver for CST-02J and metal gray for CST-02NS."

UPDATE. Dr. Wu just posted a poll on his weibo page, with numbers 1 to 9 and the following instructions (translated from Chinese with google): "MP police shoulder cannon made some settings, please vote choice, choose up to three per person." So it looks these cannons are for Masterpiece Prowl, and he's asking the fans to choose the three designs he will make. Post your favorites in the comments below.

Japanese speaking YouTube reviewer Wotafa has just released his review of Demonicus Prominon, Mastermind Creation's Nemesis Prime-themed recolor of Seraphicus Prominon, their unofficial Nova Prime. Besides being impressively large, the figure - an exclusive to the Singapore Toy, Game, & Comic Convention - sports the always attractive "Nemesis" color scheme as well as a lot of vac-metal. Man, handle with care... keep reading to see the review!

Paik4Life has posted a video to Youtube showing off the testshot build of MMC's Carnifex figure that was on display at Cyber City Con last weekend. This long awaited figure based on IDW's interpretation of Overlord is shown off in robot and vehicle forms, though the transformation was not allowed to be filmed. However, the video gives a good overview of this huge figure, showing off its articulation and details in particular. We have that video embedded for you, so click through to watch it!

The latest work from harrisloureiro has just been posted to Youtube. This time the skilled stop motion animator presents a fight between Warpath, as played by Badcube's Wardog, and Astrotrain using DX9's Chigurh. We're always really happy to see new works from this producer, and this latest video certainly does not disappoint - except maybe that the video doesn't run longer! We have it embedded below, so click through and enjoy!

A video has been posted showing the process of upgrading Combiner Wars Devastator with parts from a testshot of the X2Toys add on. Interestingly while providing almost entire new forearms and hands, the kit still calls for the original wrist plates to be used with the new parts. Otherwise everything seems a simple matter of snapping pieces on during the combination process. The video was originally posted to the Miaopai service, but we've mirrored it to Youtube for easy viewing. Click through to watch!

A video was posted to Weibo by a user we haven't been able to identify just yet, showing a somewhat large figure based on Beast Wars Dinobot. Going by the way it's designed, we're assuming this is the work of an unofficial group, but right now any conclusion is complete speculation. The video is now mirrored to Youtube for easier viewing, and we've got it embedded below, so click through and take a look.
