Tokyo Toy Show 2015 - TakaraTomy Shows Off Two Fully-Transforming Bumblebee Robots

Besides mere toys shown off at the Tokyo Toy Show, TakaraTomy had a pair of actual robots to display as well. The larger of the two is a 1.5 meter tall robot known as Bumblebee Quarter - made in collaboration with the companies pursuing 1/1 scale transforming robots as part of Project J-deite. The second is a more modest 26cm version. Keep reading to see videos and photos for each!

Looks like we're getting another One-Step class figure in the Transformers The Last Knight series. The web site online retail store Comercial Papeleroa Aragonesa, SL has posted a shot of the pending case pack that includes the previously unknown Beserker character. The figure shown only in package it appears to be packed in with Grimlock, Megatron, Autobot Hound and possibly Bumblebee, Prime and Barricade. The TF_pr Twitter account has shared out a photo of the soon to be released Warrior Class Bisk. Very soon, in fact, as this is part of October's array of releases. It'll be shipping out alongside Adventure Ratchet, and while both toys have begun to hit US retail in their Hasbro versions, for many fans the Adventure releases may be the first real shot to get hands on either of these figures. TakaraTomy's TF_pr Twitter account has posted some new images of TAV-59 Ratchet! The Robots In Disguise Warrior-class Strongarm remold is joined in one photo by MP-32 Optimus Primal... making for possibly the best look at the scale of that figure we've yet seen! Looks to be about 2,000 Yen an inch, roughly... keep reading to see for yourself!
Twitter user @kyano13neo has posted a pretty impressive gallery of TRU exclusive Geoffrey Prime! The ToysRUs Japan exclusive recolor of Mini-Con Battle Pack Optimus Prime comes with an energy axe - one with a silver blade that creates a very giraffeish silhouette. Keep reading for package photos, a shot of the (Japanese language) bio for the new character, and fun with multiples of both this and the previous EZ/Legion-class version of the figure!
