Four big marketing events planned to drive awareness of Transformers:

1. Early May with "Cybertron Monday" online mid-night madness event.


2. Later in May stores will launch TF4 products. Will include feature merchandising and in-store events.


3. Movie release on June 27, 2014.


4. Fall promotions around DVD release with in-store events.

Transformers Age of Extinction brand "rebirth" with new "architecture" and unified look. The "bold, strong new logo" will be featured on all products.

Approach will be accross all platforms including entertainment, games, movies, lifestyle, and toys.

Transform how consumers engage with brand. Modern boy is looking for three things: Unique new box, great value, and most important is "easier transformation."

Toys were too complicated for younger fans even though fans liked it them. Mega Bumblebee figure tranformation demonstrated in 2 seconds with reading instruction sheet:
