Four big marketing events planned to drive awareness of Transformers:
Transformers Age of Extinction brand "rebirth" with new "architecture" and unified look. The "bold, strong new logo" will be featured on all products.
Approach will be accross all platforms including entertainment, games, movies, lifestyle, and toys.
Transform how consumers engage with brand. Modern boy is looking for three things: Unique new box, great value, and most important is "easier transformation."
Toys were too complicated for younger fans even though fans liked it them. Mega Bumblebee figure tranformation demonstrated in 2 seconds with reading instruction sheet:
From "Mastery to Magic." New figures will include Mega One Step Bumblebee and One Step Stomp and Chomp Grimlock.
For Younger consumers there is the Rescue Bots like Optimus Primal. Will roll out with new season of cartoon.
