Liege - major contradiction. You can't have characters that are nothing like their G1 characters, yet not being it's own thing, and not having original characters and story. That destroys your entire point... |

Here's the thing. Yes there are alot of G1 nods concerning names, but thats realy it. None of the characters in any real way refrence the source material outside of a couple.
You can say the same about the movie, but at least that has the gumption to be it's own thing.

Expects him to become Soundblaster, while there are only 13 episodes on season three, not to mention there are whole load of characters waiting to appear on season three? Good luck with that. |

I'll preface this by saying that I'm calling him Soundblaster! If 'Soundblaster' does in fact show up in the series w/ Ratbat, an upgraded version that sorta reflects his progression in the Headmaster series is what I want to see too! |

Don't count on that. Animated murders the source material on the characters they revive. Still, it's a Keytar, and that works for me! |
