KMart Shows off Official Animated Cybertron Ratchet Images, Not TRU Exclusive?

KMart's official store website has revealed the official shots of Transformers Animated Deluxe Cybertron Ratchet. Does this mean that when we saw images of this figure, along with Arcee, emblazoned with Toys R Us exclusive stickers, it was just wrong, or outdated?
We're not exactly sure right now, but since KMart posted a product page of the figure for $12.99 each, it would seem like the Toys R Us thing is a bust.

Don't care how far, I'll be driving to Toy R Us across town when these are "Officially" out on the shelves. I cannot wait!

It's a nifty looking toy. K-Mart and TRU are both about an hour away from me, so it's about the same difference either way. Though, honestly, I find myself in TRU far more often than K-Mart.

It's better this way, K-mart is usally cheaper, but if this dose happen, take off the TRU sticker on the package.

I'm positive this is a mistake. ? It's not unheard of for Kmart.com to post expired or canceled solicitations. And you can't go by what's on the box, all of these were originally intended for mass retail. Emerje

It is possible. Remember the TRU Titaniums? It could very well be that they weren't sure how they're releasing them when they ordered the cards.

They probably did this (IF they ARE only releasing them @ TRU) because originally they were all slated to be released together (back in spring '09) and the boxes were already finished with the graphics, so they wont change the design b/c of release changes. Well i will say this, that 3 pack of Marvel Universe figures with Spider Man, Ice Man, and Firestar is a TRU exlcusive, and i saw that a few times at Kmart.
