2010 Transformers Club Exclusive Shattered Glass Cyclonus & Punch Counterpunch
By MISP Steve on Friday, January 22, 2010
Just out is news and images from the Transformers Collectors Club giving the fans a first look and the bio summaries for the exclusive action figures Shattered Glass Cylonus and Punch / Counterpunch. These figures will be available to club members and attendees to this year's BotCon.
Cyclonus has always found loyalty to be merely a means to an end. However, the war has changed and Cyclonus may have changed as well. With the help of his new Targetmaster, Krunix, Cyclonus seeks to leave his old ways behind so that he can once again be deemed a worthy soldier in the Decepticon ranks.
Cyclonus is a Deluxe sized figure from the Shattered Glass Universe. A heroic Decepticon, Cyclonus comes with his targetmaster ally Krunix. This small Nebulan changes into Cyclonus’ weapon which can be used by the Decepticon in both robot and vehicle mode. The toy is packed in a convention style box with a foam insert for easy removal and display.
Many in the espionage world put on a second name to hide who they truly are from their enemy. Punch takes it a step further, not only donning a new name, but a new face and body as well! This second persona lets him get close to his enemy, accomplishing his missions without the Decepticons being any the wiser.
Punch/Counterpunch is a Deluxe sized figure that features an all-new head sculpt with a sliding cap, allowing Punch to easily change into his alter ego Counterpunch! In alt mode, this Autobot double agent features a slick vehicle design and deco. The toy is packed in a convention style box with a foam insert for easy removal and display.

I agree, only thing I hate more are loose parts that don't store in one more or another.

Or just wait for it to go cheap on eBay like all the past crappy OTCC exclusives

No thank you. That would be bad. I hate partsforming. Partsforming is a bad thing.

If it was a BotCon exclusive we would not know about this early in the year. The BotCon single exclusives have always been announced right after the BotCon figure set.

I think it just means that the toys will also be available for purchase at BotCon. They are not BotCon exclusives.

so wait, can CP still be purchased through the club site or only Botcon? I tend to wind up passing on BC and Club figures, but this is the one I actualy want. If I have to pay BC aftermarket prices that'll suck cause I won't do it.

Why does Counterpunch have to be a Club Exclusive? I hate that shit.. I'd really like to have him....but nope.....i have to join a club.....or go to BotCon. Which i can not attend. Then pay through the roof prices on ebay.....arrrrg
Cyclones looks RIDICULOUS in that color scheme too.

They normaly oly remold the heads, but they could do a false thumb sculpt so all you have to do is rotate the hands. I do have a feeling though that parts swapping will be involved though.
